We will pick you up at your hotel at 9:00.
During the morning
The first stop is in Amarante where we will guide you threw the city historical centre and try some of the local pastry.
The next stop is in Sabrosa, a very old winemaking village and the birth place of the famous Portuguese explorer Ferdinand Magellan.
Then we will take the national road (scenic road) to Provesende a very important winemaking village in the region where you will get to know the legends of the king Zende.
During the afternoon
We will visit Pinhão where you can do a boat tour in the river Douro and drive to Lamego threw the national road 222 considered on of the most beautiful roads in the word.
In Lamego we will visit a wine farm where you will try the wine and learn about the wine production process.
After the wine taste we will departure to Amarante via national road 222, from Amarante to Porto we will take the highway.
